With our Peruvian cooking class, you are going to learn how to prepare authentic Peruvian dishes an also enjoy the local market where we are going to make our shopping list. You will learn how to buy the best local ingredients in order to offer you the best culinary experience and the best meals you are going to have in Perú. You are also going to taste some exotic Peruvian fruits.

Options to choose
Fish:
“Pescado a la Chorrillana”, a dish that was born in the fishing district of Lima, a main course full of tradition prepared with fried fresh onions, tomatoes, yellow chili pepper and bay leaf. In addition, fish broth and then a Fish fillet (the fish of the day) in low heat because “good food takes good time“. It is served with boiled potatoes and rice, carbs are always in Peruvian food.
As starter we will cook together our Peruvian national dish called “Ceviche”, a tasty and refreshing dish, favorite among Peruvians! It is about chunks pieces of raw fish marinated with fresh aromatic lemon juice, pink salt of Maras, tender onions, boiled sweet potatoes, boiled corn and corn nuts, mixed with or without andean hot chilies.
Chicken:
Our delicious “Ají de gallina”, one of the best chicken dishes in Peru is a perfect main course that will conquer your palate, it is prepared with shredded chicken breast, garlic, onion, ají amarillo (sweet yellow pepper), pecans and parmesan cheese. It’s served with boiled yellow potatoes and rice.
For starter, we have our super delicious “Causa Rellena”, very smooth and creamy in which the different layers hide such pleasant ingredients like mashed potatoes filled with chicken, vegetables or quinua.
Meat:
The popular “Lomo saltado”, with an asian influence, juicy and tasty made with soft loin meat, sautéed with onions, tomatoes, yellow chili pepper (not spicy), and more spices. It is served with french fries and rice.
“Papa Rellena” will be a perfect match for any main course, made of mashed potatoes filled with either meat, vegetables or quinua. Once it’s close and fried, it is served with “salsa criolla“ made with an special ingredient.
