Entry: Causa Limeña

Mashed yellow potatoes boiled in traditional clay pots, seasoned with fresh lime juice and home yellow chili paste, filled with peruvian Quinua and a creamy avocado.

Main course: Lomo Saltado

Fresh tomatoes and onions cut into gajos shapes, slices of yellow chili pepper indispensable in Peruvian cuisine, everything is in a wok with soft loin meat, flamed with soy sauce and red wine vinegar. Served with fried crunchy native potatoes and rice, we love carbs!

Drink: Chicha Morada

Our national drink made of Peruvian purple corn, skin of pineapple, quince, cinnamon and clove that is boiled and can be enjoyed hot or cold to accompany our main course.
